Funding Process
Purchase
To fund all purchase (new) mortgages, we use FCT LLC portal. All solicitors must be enrolled in the FCT LLC portal in order to fund with UnionLink Mortgage. FCT will contact any solicitor who is not onboarded and support them through the onboarding process at no additional cost to the solicitor.

All communication after the instructions have been sent will be managed through the MMS portal.
